Zovia’s stainless steel cabinetry follows a dedicated manufacturing workflow. Sheet stock is cut, formed, welded, finished, assembled and checked before packing. This workflow applies to stainless steel only. Aluminum, wood and sintered stone use separate specialist production systems.
Cutting
304 and 316 stainless steel sheet is precision-cut to size on CNC laser and shearing lines — clean edges, exact dimensions, zero guesswork.
Bending & Forming
CNC press brakes fold each panel to spec. Consistent radii and tight tolerances are what make seamless cabinetry possible.
Welding
TIG / argon-arc welding joins panels into rigid carcasses. Welds are continuous, then ground back so joints all but disappear.
Grinding & Finishing
Surfaces are brushed, polished or coated to the chosen finish — from raw brushed steel to PVD champagne gold and powder-coated colour.
Assembly
Doors, drawers, hinges, runners and hardware are fitted and aligned. Every cabinet is trial-assembled before it leaves the line.
Quality Control
Dimensional and finish checks happen at every stage — not just at the end. Each finished piece is inspected before it is packed.
Packing & Export
Foam protection, corner guards, moisture-barrier wrapping and export-grade crating, packed for safe long-distance international shipping.
