Our factory
Everything we produce is manufactured at our facility in Guangdong, China — from raw coil stock to finished, export-ready cabinetry.
Our manufacturing facility covers [placeholder] square metres in Guangdong Province. We operate our own CNC laser cutting, bending, welding, grinding and finishing lines — giving us complete control over quality and lead times at every stage.
Raw material enters as 304 or 316 stainless steel coil or sheet stock. Every batch is documented by grade, thickness and finish. We do not buy pre-fabricated components; every element is produced in-house.
Quality control is built into the process, not bolted on at the end. Dimensional checks happen at each production stage, and every finished piece is inspected before packaging.
We pack for long-distance international shipping — foam protection, corner guards, moisture-barrier wrapping and export-grade crating where required. We have shipped to over [X] countries without damage claims.
